Subunits of the brigade fought in Georgiivka and Lutugyny, Novosvitlivka and Khryashchuvaty, near the Luhansk airport.

It was near Georgiivka that the first direct clash with the regular Russian army took place. A company of the 76th Airborne Assault Pskov Division was almost completely destroyed there.

In general, in the summer of 2014, under the leadership of Lieutenant General, currently Hero of Ukraine and Commander of the Ground Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Pavlyuk, the brigade liberated the following settlements: Krasnyi Liman, Yampil, Zakitne, Siversk, Zarichne, Lysychansk, and Severodonetsk. In the fall of 2014, the brigade took part in heavy fighting in the area of ​​checkpoint 32

In 2015, the brigade continued to perform tasks in the area of ​​the Bakhmut highway, near the villages of Bakhmutka and Krymske

The brigade continued to defend the settlements of Krymske and Novotoshkivske.

The brigade carried out combat missions in the areas of Orikhove, Zolote, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka and Popasna settlements.

The brigade defended the settlements of Zaitseve, Toretsk and Novgorodske.
In addition, under the leadership of Colonel and Hero of Ukraine (posthumously) Valery Gudzia, the brigade liberated the settlements of Shumy and Pivdenne.

Defense of Maryinka, Krasnohorivka, Novomykhailivka and Taramchuk settlements. Improving their tactical position, the position of the units of the brigade were able to move closer to the outskirts of Donetsk

Servicemen performed combat tasks in the area of ​​Svitlodar arc and the settlements of Svitlodarsk, Novoluhanske, Luhanske, Myronivske and Troitske

In the summer, the brigade was brought to the site near the settlements of Orikhove, Zolote, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka and Popasna.

As of February 2022, the brigade has been carrying out combat missions in the zone of operations of the United Forces in the Luhansk region for 8 months, defending the settlements of Orikhove, Zolote, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka and Popasna. Separate units were involved in combat operations in the areas of Rubizhne and Lysychansk settlements.

Later, the brigade defended the outskirts of the city of Bakhmut and the settlements of Verkhnokamyanske and Spirne.

In August 2022, the brigade was involved in a counter-offensive operation in the areas of Ternovi Poda and Davidiv Brid settlements.

In the fall, units of the brigade returned to Donetsk region and were involved in the defense operation of the city of Bakhmut and its southern suburbs

In the winter of 2023, the units were moved to conduct defensive operations in the Horli direction. Separate units continued to defend Bakhmut and its surroundings.

The brigade continues to carry out operations in the Horlivka and Bakhmut directions.
